Mooney Kelly was formed almost twenty years ago by David Mooney and Noel Kelly. Both partners are still actively involved on a day-to-day basis in all aspects of the business, aided by associate partner Ciarán Scallon, who specialises in sustainable energy. The practice (with many staff having been with the company a decade or more) is located in its own freehold offices in Hammersmith in the west end of London.
